I find it bewildering that you think that Ka is the worlds worst modified car. You can't get out the house much and must not go on the internet much either because to be honest, i could pick out at least 20 clios on this site alone that are worse than it. I actually think it looks quite good...

it will have been painted before, 100% guaranteed. Its just poor prepwork.

superguard? you mean textured stuff at bottom of sil? that wont be touched, wheres the run? usually itll just be wet flatted out possibly primed if it breaks through the basecoat. as for the tar, it'll be got off in the booth when its pre-cleaned.

needs entire roof painting. if its peeling it'll all need just blowing off with the airline then feathering back whatever wont blow off.

most of the time you do basecoat and laquer, but on old cars and say vans, white for example, you can just get high 2k paint which is like paint n laquer mixed together. you *can* also basecoat and laquer high solid colours (non metallic) but its generally more cost efficient to just paint them...

You need titanium skirts mate. With titanium if you goto Iraq and you get shot at, it will just rebound off the skirt and not damage your clio. ;) plastic

blend into the doors? only damage on the wing is near the bumper, so there wont be any paint whatsoever on the 2nd half of the wing (towards the door), itll just be laquer. if you paint the door too, itll just be laquered as painting the entire wing then painting half of a door for colour...

looking at those pics, why do you need the bonnet and other wing sprayed? you dont even need the whole bumper and wing painted, any decent bodyshop could blow that in, maybe try one of the mobile companies, i bet you could get it done for around a ton.
