Not all FF 172s are slow....I pissed all over a 182 the other day

Car on the left way better than the other...what's with the hosed roof vent and halfrauds/Ripspeed spoiler?

PMSL at that quote I didn't think you could get exhuasts for 172/182s at kwik fit at all

I do like the 172 but I don't get that excited about it

Silly expensive....problem is the car's not even that quick!

Agree with the comments about the clutch....I think you may have to bit e on the bullet and get it done to shift it

Well, judging by some of the driving exhibited by 182 drivers I'd say they're fast becoming boy race material. Money isn't an issue anymore...we live in a country where everything can be put 'on the slab'

Purge cannister leak....down by the drivers side front by alternator.

Renault definately going in the right direction with the 197 (and RS Megane) I think it'll be good if they can get rid of the bad rep. for build etc that they've had for many years now as the do make stonking engines.

K-tec gets better with age when it cokes up a bit....mine used to resonate at around 55mph but now it's sounds much better.

I put a K-tec sports cat (Janspeed) on my 172 and the light did come on but only after about 6 months or so. Had the fault cleared at Rentech back in October and it's still off

Says ot all, and from a 197 owner as well. I've never driven one but have had a close look inside & out and TBH it's miles ahead of the 182 in looks and build

Nope I do enjoy owning my 172 but I've got better things to do than spend my precious free time 'detailing' or sitting in car parks looking at other cars.

Definately a bad time of year to be selling up....everyone is feeling the debt of Christmas still

I've also heard of silimar problems Don't really see the point in doing it though..miles away from the intake and won't really make anything cooler with the car rolling.

Yep....chavo on anything regardless of the rest of the car.
