I'm currently undecided what to do with my 182 , Its a not a full fat model but I've been looking at getting some of the darker anthracite wheels (suits silver IMO) , my current ones need refurbishing as they aren't in amazing condition, mainly the passenger front from the previous owner ...

Payday tomoz :D Also with going with darker wheels soon also dropped on these cheap got them nice and cheap so will be banging them on soon, just need to decide to buy a set of cup wheels or referbish mine :S dont know yet ! ​Opinions ?

personally wouldn't drive it full stop ! I've had a few where a water pump pulley has come loose and caused funny noises but that doesn't sound healthy to me ! If it throws a rod out the block its game over! Least things are salavagable at the moment ! Could be few things needs checking out it...

Some MOT testers are very helpful ! I try to be ! He is right if all the Airbags have been removed then he can class it as a track car etc its his discretion ! It's normally when people fit a new steering wheel but leave the rest of the airbags in place you have a issue !

Easy life - sell it on ! If you are willing put the effort it strip it down sell for bits , is repairing it yourself not a option?

Wont make it any worse !! use good quality oil but its normally a sign of worn syncros and baulk rings ! they arent the strongest box !

It does sound around that area / type of noise but i wouldn't diagnose it without looking at it properly !!
