Sounds like a vacuum leak to me , either inlet manifold or something ! I would recommend having it done before the remap because if the engine isn't running right won't be good for readings ! And safety ofc ! Take it to a proper garage and get it looked at !

Have you pumped the brake pedal ? Youll need to pump the brake pedal out so the pistons touch the pads , then the handbrake mech will work !

Still sounds like a air leak !!! Pub your head under the bonnet you can normally hear a leak ! Had spark plugs done or anything could be the inlet mani gasket!

Really not worth doing cheapest and best opinion is either a k-tec or a custom exhaust from the likes of power flow ! You don't want to go cutting big holes in a chassis for the sake of a exhaust plus you'd need to weld hangers in I'd assume !
