I was massively confused, I was sure you had 15" Turini's and Springs, this looked different, confusingly different.
Looks great Will, when's the RS2 being fitted? Has it been over a year yet?
Aftermarket wheels solves all of your problems tbh....
The boss brings the wheel further out, and the aftermarket normally being smaller means you don't catch anything.
I'm 6ft 2, seat all the way back, steering wheel as low as it'll go, no issues.
You can fit the pretensioners off of your current seats no problem I believe. So yeah, go ahead and get them!
If you sell your seats, just instruct the buyer to use his own pre tensioners, problem solved.
Now's the point where you wish you didn't turn the golf into "that" whilst you sit there and have to take a big loss on it surely?
I'm not sold on the new waft wagon, but you'll get bored and "Jason" it soon enough.
LOL!
Right, my view on Tom's question, it should be just our club IMO.
What I liked about the meet is that you could walk around and talk to anyone, because you were all from the same club. I'm not really interested in walking up and talking to someone who goes "yeah, but mate, your car's s**t...
Yeah this format was lovely, but tbh if there wasn't grass to sit on a chill out my day wouldn't have been half as good.
Oh and if it rains, surely everyone would just go home?
Yeah, most just never bother, the only problem is ever causes is that the disc can spin slightly on the hub which means you may need to line it back up when taking that wheel off, it's not the end of the world though, never bothered me.
Get a more expensive torx bit and get it on a breaker bar.
These are notorious for sticking though, so grab a 6mm drill bit and drill it out if necessary. One of mine has been drilled out.
