Right, I'm a bit pissed off right now; I'll explain. I bought a new Xbox 360 Slim just before Christmas, but unfortunately I bought it from HMV. I now have a problem where from the second it is turned on the fan is running at full power, which is making it far too loud to use. I'm pretty fucked...
The noise is beautiful, I think it's pretty cool. Bet it's worth way more than he's put into it after this video; he'll be getting s**t loads of big money offers I reckon.
EDIT: Feel the need to add, it's amazing because of its location, it's beat up, and it's wonderful in the sunny hills...
Yeah, both are good, I've been with a few, and had other mates go with others. These days I get O2 Open through work, so it's a no brainer, but my dads been with Vodafone for years and insists he'd never go anywhere else.
I first went O2 because when I got an iPhone 3GS, it was O2 exclusive at...
Just out of curiosity, do you have to go with Virgin or TMobile? They're probably the two worst service providers I can think of - you'll be able to get unlimited 3G, but good luck getting it anywhere outside built up places - tend to find they, along with 3, offer the lowest prices for a...
Good maps claim to give you even better MPG too - personally think around 40mpg is an amazing figure for a car with the performance figures of a 1*2, especially given their age now.
Take it you're partial to a ph1? Personally I'd just sell/p/x up to a nicer spec 182 rather than making all those...
I use Chrome, but even Chrome isn't perfect, for example it can't run in 64bit like FF and IE can, which means sites that use 64bit Java require me to use a different browser (Samsung Kies Air for example).
Best companies seem to be all Admiral group (Admiral, Bell, Diamond & Elephant) if you can add some very experienced named drivers. Bare in mind though that these companies are not very modification friendly, they all appear to charge a set rate of £50 per mod on anything major (aftermarket...
Just to get an idea;
2002 Clio 1.2 Expresson +
40k
Good tyres, very recent new coil pack and service
6 months tax and MOT
very good condition inside and out
all completely standard
Hasn't yet had its 2nd cambelt change, so can I get a value for with and without the cambelt change, thanks.
First impressions are important, and the sort of person who writes everything in capitals and sticks space in everywhere is not the sort of person I would want to buy a car from; if someone thinks an advert like that is a good idea for selling their car, what else will they think is a good idea?
Might be the tyres? Just had a quick google and people have suggested swapping the rears with the fronts to see if there's a problem with either of the front tyres.
Why oh why oh why do so many people write such s**t ads, I can't believe anyone sells a car with ads like these. All those capitals with spacing hurts my eyes, I couldn't read past the first few lines.
Might be a really stupid question, but is there or will there ever be a way to display track information in scrolling text, rather than track 1, track 2 etc, while retaining the standard headunit? I know you can do it with an Alpine headunit (from research) but I hate aftermarket headunits.
Yeah, I always worried my fuel light didn't work, so always filled up when the dial got near red, but for the first time, almost 2 years after I bought the car I found out it worked just the other week.
Not at all! I can't understand why anyone would be any different, surprises me when people don't have receipts when selling a car - little effort to keep and organise them and yet they can offer much reassurance to any potential buyer.
You can check if it's the bulb by using the diagnostic check. Depending on your model you either hold down the trip reset button on the dials or hold down your right indicator stalk while you turn the ignition on. If you hold down which is correct for your model you'll get all the lights around...
Need to know your budget and purpose... For everyday I'd say FF 182, but that depends on how much you've got to spend and whether you want it for track days etc.
Sounds like the starter motor, possible problem with the solenoid. Try giving it a tap with a spanner or something, lightly mind, and try disconnecting the wire connected to the starter motor and check the connection is clean.
Don't have an iPad, had a Galaxy Tab 2 instead - better for me personally because it was more customisable - I was playing PS1 games on it through an emulator and was able to connect a bluetooth PS2 controller or a Wiimote. However, after the novelty has worn off I've given it to my mum, didn't...
I may be incorrect, but I assume the car was given to his widow upon his death, and it is with her permission that the bloke I'm talking to is selling it. However, it's unlikely I'm going to follow it up any further - buying it indirectly is never going to give me the assurances I would like. I...
I know I don't - I probably won't - but I don't want to pass up what looks like a genuinely decent car if it's actually relatively easy to ensure that everything is legit.
Right, I've seen a beaut 182 on the bay, but the advert is absolute shite unfortunately. I'm trying to look past it, as the car looks genuinely good. Basically, what's holding me back is that he says he's selling it on behalf of the husband of a friend. I asked a few questions; says it has a...
I guess considering the need for a bonnet respray in all likelihood is the reason its at it's price - but if the paintwork was better I'd have expected to pay like 2.8-3k, but given he's listing it at 2.6k, with a bit of haggling you may well be able to get it for nearer 2.4k, and if you don't...
How much do you reckon it would cost to get bodywork back to mint? Is it easier to get paint matches if the car is black? Would've thought it'd be easier than blue etc.
