Black hole is a great masking/filling product. Use after or instead of a polish.
Nattys blue is a low cost, great results wax. Use after black hole.
egp is an old favourite product. But very out of date and aimed at the mass market. If you want long term protection, use a few layers of that...
I disagree. Of course you were there in person, but there is a difference between chemical cleaners and polishes. Look at the amount of grime paint cleansers such as Werkstat prime remove from the paint work, even after polished have been used.
Tardis breaks the chemical (glue in this...
Good work on the correction, especially round what is a very rough car.
However, Tardis and IronX are there for your benefit. Tardis would have made short work of the sticker residue. A consideration for next time :star:
15ml should do 8 wheels. But as they're both quite fiddly wheels I'd buy 30 ml. And that's over doing it.
In terms of prep, regardless of them having just been refurbed, they're still likely to be dirty. Wash down with the usually mitt and soapy water. IronX, rinse, clay, wash, IPA wipe down...
Thanks all, so far.
GoPro, too expensive and not good enough quality. The debate/key point here is size. Yes, my 4S is a decent camera, but nothing like as good as the ones mentioned in the OP. GoPro the same. They may be useful for track days but that's not what I'm interested in (but can...
C1, C4 and C5 are the same product. It depends on how much you think you'll need. Will you do all the wheels, plastics and paint? If so, 50ml bottle of C1 at a maximum will do that lot, I would think.
My C4 is still beading on my plastics. And my arches. That's circa a year for the arches and longer on the rear bumper insert.
Chem Guys New Look trim gel doesn't bead as well from the start and lasts about a month...
It's ever so simple with GTechniq. Spend £100 or so once, your car is sealed for years to come, externally and internally.
Also, it gets addictive. I mean, who in their right mind would order the I1 fabric guard for their umbrella, just so they can see the water beading off it?
Hi gang,
The OH is looking for a point and shoot. She has a couple of DSLRs so it's not to replace those, but does mean she's good at photography/knows a good shot.
So far, in the runnings, we've looked at the FinePix 770EXR, Panasonic Lumix TZ20 and the Canon power shot S220.

It is mate, by AMD Essex. Unfortunately I moved to London a year or so ago, but more than happy to drop you a line if it ever gets driven back up north.
The remap makes a world of difference and the B5 TIP makes it louder and pull more freely through the rev range. Well worth it. But say...
