Looks like the Saharan sand we've had recently. You'll need to decontaminate with iron x, Tardis and clay. The polish. The scratches look jolly deep so I'd take it to a pro.

To answer the OP's question, the Meg's Smooth Surface Clay kit is sold in Halfrauds.
I prefer the Bilt Hamber clay to the zaino. I also prefer Meg's no:16 to born slippy. You can even use water with shampoo as long as its slick...

Wash it and dry it as you would normally. If it has been removed, then go over with a decent top up spray/QD. If it hasn't, you'll have to clay, polish and seal it again I'm afraid, but I'd be surprised...
