    Porsche 964 C4 Widebody

If you were talking about the tt, s3, fabia versus the golf mk4 platform, I'd have no issue. Nor do I have an issue with you taking the Porsche over the Audi as a personal opinion. But because a car maker owns another brand, and they make two very impressive high performance cars, you can't...

So the "faux lambo" comment was rather lacking any insight. What so ever. Good.

Driven either of them? A friends 964 was heavy and difficult to drive. My mum drives the R8 with ease.

Our New formula Ceramic paint sealant...

I have nothing to prove, chap. I'm not trying to sell my services/products as a new member/BwaB...! Based in London but up your way a few times a year (Cheshire/Uni friends in Leeds). If you're confident enough with this product/your abilities, I'm sure Kev (Gally) will report back with...

And spearsy, one last note chap - stop talking about "20 years in the trade" - it makes you sound like a paint shop "pro".

Our New formula Ceramic paint sealant...

With good reason. A large number of people on this forum provide shocking advice. A quick wet sand here. A compounding pad or tcut there. If I see poor advice, I'll jolly well pull the poster up on it. I have no time for phonies.

Our New formula Ceramic paint sealant...

If it comes across like that, I'll apologise. But my opinions and replies are based on whether I believe in someones abilities or back their advice. If you fall short, you'll find me particularly coarse. If you provide decent (correct) advice, you'll find me to be a gent. You don't seem to...

    Karcher K2.14 Pressure Washer

I would still buy a Nilfisk over a Karcher. The plastic versus metal impeller argument is one sided IMO - plastic is more likely to break.

The last few replies may seem a little off, but so far I know more about the shower gel that I use. Kev, try it and let us know what you think.

Our New formula Ceramic paint sealant...

And hang on, what ceramic coatings do you know that can correct? Chemically, as far as my understanding goes (and it goes a long way), it's not possible... Surely if it's your product, shouldn't you know exactly what the properties are?

Our New formula Ceramic paint sealant...

Sorry, but again, it's a black car in a white garage, shot with an "over-exposing" camera. So of course it looks like a mirror. All clean black cars do. The reflective/mirror properties will be down to prep, LSP will add very little to it. Does this product work on wheels and more importantly...

Our New formula Ceramic paint sealant...

As has been stated, the more you know, the less likely you are to be impressed by a (black) shiny bonnet. For all we know, that has just been wet sanded to take away the usually poor BMW finish. Not a negative point, you understand. But much more detail on application; curing; longevity...

    The Dark Knight.... Progress Thread

Interestingly, I don't like the skirts. And I also think the wheels are too "see through" so the silver Brembos look odd. Honestly no idea why. Perhaps I'm tired, because previous to those mods, I loved it!

Cleaning glass I keep getting streaks >.<

Sounds like the molecules of the product are sticking. Next time, try a glass polish first to rid of all grime and oils. Then glass cleaner. Glass cleaners don't actually clean anything other than dust and water spots. Hence needing something slightly more aggressive like a polish.
