Yep the "stiff" setup is like 400/450 on the rear, our are 750 on the rears, we run 450 on the front currently. it is really stiff.

ASTs and sportlines are a different thing. Sportlines are a spring kit made by Eibach, AST are a fully adjustable coilover set.

Well we did it on our track, we used a full 172 cup set up and swapped it over, so i presume the 197 will be the same. But putting aircon it to a car that hasnt had it from the factory would be terrible, there will be aload of wiring id imagion, then there all the plumbing under the bonnet.

Taking it out wouldnt be to bad, i would not even consider putting it back in.

Dont used grooved disc on track then, the plain/HC disc are on par and dont eat pads. We got 4 /5 track days out of our last set of DS2500s with the plain max brembo disc never ones saw any fade. carl did manage to cook them at cadwell doing a 45minute session though,

the black bits are stickers lol, you can peal them off, and never get replaced if the car has been resprayed.
