The 172 handles just as good as a cup when lowered...try them both and see, my sister has a cup and I have a 172, we tend to drive each others cars just as much as our own, they are both fantastic little cars!! :)

Id buy one if it was better quality than the last one....loved my Clio Sport pen, it even got me through exams, but alas it was a short relationship..still got it here by my pc but it no longer works...and still got a long time to wait untill next renewal time, was hoping that it would come with...

Mine are like this, but with silver logo, boarders and shadowing, also say Clio 172 in the bottom right corner...never had a problem even when I was stopped recently by the police :oops:

Treat your Clio to a propper valet, inside and out, poor car :( (they go faster and handle better when clean!)

Just get the newest, lowest milage, best value car that you can afford, shop around and test drive as many as possible :)

The worst thing is leaving it at the Dealers or any garage for work coz it means I cant drive it and I worry about what they are doing!! :confused: Same goes for car parks....hate them!!

The 172s, Cups and 182s and Vs always stand out in my rear view mirror...but then again so do 16Vs and Willys...in fact I notice any nice looking car...if your not into cars then you just wont notice or care!!

The Williams and 16Vs are still real head turners....but so is my 172, lots of people look and comment on it! After years and years driving older cars and being on first name terms with the local RAC men...theres no way Id give up my 172 for an older car again, but Id love a Willy or 16V for a...

The bloke at my local garage insists on calling my 172 a Williams!! I would love to have a Williams and keep it in mint condition and still keep my 172 as a day to day car.....but cant afford a mint Williams! :cry:
