    Sounds like the salesman made a mistake and now the manager is just pretending that the car was never ordered, I wouldnt blame the salesman but the manager should honour your contract...its not your fault if the salesman made a mistake, its the managers for not training him properly and...

    24K service for 172CUP OMG!!!!!.

    If it snaps then its Renaults fault, if you get the services done at the times stated at a dealer then they cant blame you...... I had a belt replaced at 7k under warranty; I have no idea what belt, a tensioner? The car sounded like a diesel engine, anyone know what this would have been?

    Just had 24k service....no belts changed £160 including a wash, the brakes needed doing but got them from K-Tec...nasty squeeling things!

    Lowering a 182

    I parked my car next to a standard 182 and a 182 with cup pack. You could see a difference between the 182 and cup pack 182 when they are next to each other, my 172 was the lowest but it isnt standard, Id say that a standard 172 is more or less the same as a standard 182. The cup pack 182...

    I asked Renault to remove mine and put the caps on like Cups have, he then went into a long explanation of the law and why, bla bla bla...was so interesting, :sleep: I didnt hear a word he said....but that was probably coz of the Blue V6 behind him!!

    Glad Im not your lover if ya recon that 0.02 of a second is an extreme performance advantage lol!!! ;) Theyre both extremely good fun far as I can tell!! The alloys and colour on the Cup are an advantage tho ;)

    Why so many low mile 172Cup’s for sale

    My sis has a Cup, it had 3k on it when she bought it and she has had no problems with it :) I dont know why people sell them so soon, my 172 only had 7k when I bought it and its up to 24k now, just had a few minnor problems and I still have the grin!!!:D
