Take these wise words from someone who knows!
There are many car washes in the market place and tbh thet are are all the same in terms of how they clean. Your typical halfords wash will however strip more of your wax than say a meguiars wash.
The most important thing is to not use a sponge...
^^Yes reject the offer but accept the first 7500 for a happy xmas and conc on getting the rest in the new year, though doubtfull you would get more on what is now a three year old car!
Take the money without prejudice and look at prices and put a pack together and send it to your insurance company in the new year.
You may get some more money but tbh the price sounds good!
I would find it highly unlikly that you will get a ticket.
Chances are you were doing 72mph (actual speed) They would be afool even to try you at 75mph as a good lawyer could turn it over with all the ifs and buts!
Thing is you can have your creature comforts with the 182 cup, how many cars on the road have the spec of the 182 cup? Not many not even bmws unless you spend a fortune on the optional but necessary for resale extras.
Dont get me wrong both are great cars becasue eh..well they are the same car...
That does sound a good idea Ian as I do the same garage wise but the 182 cup is no more hardcore than the std 182, in fact compare the spec of the 182 cup and it shames many a luxory marque.
Fastest 2 lite clio, yes, but no more or less hardcore than a std 182
Oh and you should have said...
Well your 182 wasnt as fast as your 172 through the twisties as you had coilover suspension and straightline speed as you say little difference in real world between the pair, but 182 just seems nicer:)

Must be the lexus lights ;-)
Wouldnt want more in a fwd, saying that my T sport has 190bhp but has to use nannying traction control to get power down, its seems to strangle it!
WOuld want more in a rwd car, or less, have been thinking about a non turbo vx220 or a 160 elise:)
Whilst I in no way condone your speeding, quite the opposite, I would be very surprised if a sharp lawyer couldnt get it thrown out on a technicality, I doubt there are any sharp lawyers on here so get your corn out and treat your sen!
eibach pros transformed my driving of the cup, dont know if it handles better but it gives me more confidence to throw it in the bends!
I would agree about the ride rob, but as ever lowering a car can improve the cornering at the expense of rise quality!
It obviously does matter to you lol! FYI the RS Focus was figured in the wet AND YOU BLOODY WELL KNOW IT!!!!
And yes weve had this before but the cup was like 0.01 secs quicker than the the M3
Well in that case the cup is faster considerably than the 182 - which folks I personally doubt very much, indeed the otherway around is more likly!
Mitchy figures were taken from evo, both on the 1.7 mile west circuit, in dry conditions and the cup as expected put a good 8 seconds into the LCR!
Mitchy sorry to say this but you went from an evo 5 star car to a 4 star car, the LCR was sh*t around bedfords west circuit, even the 106 gti put a second into, so no way would it be close to the 182!
