You'd be retarded to take a car with 20" wheels out in the snow unless it's a 4x4 ;) In which case, if it's a decent 4x4 it'll have mud&snow ones on it anyway!
Re: a f**king joke
By the sounds of it not many people were aware of legitimate torrent usage ;)
Didn't read the size though... I don't even think I've had a full game beta installer that big lol
Re: a f**king joke
Quite a lot of games share patches by torrent nowadays. It reduces the amount of server bandwidth they have to allocate by a very very large amount!
^^ Make sure you add more of the same type, of just change the lot.
Just had some new brakes, pads and fluid today. Didn't think that it would really need new fluid until I picked it up from the garage! Feels so nice now :)
Just get a set of 15" steelies and stick some Michelin Alpin 2's on. They're pretty damn good. Why you'd want some winter tyres in the UK I don't know ;) No real need unless it's going to be snowy.
If you put Alpin's on your car they'd probably outlast a normal set (yes they are softer...
Usually get somewhere between 39-42 driving to work (country lanes and A roads). Motorway tends to see about 45mpg, although it does go up a bit more if I take it slow.
It depends how well it's been coded though, if it's like BF2142/BF2 (ie butchered) you're going to need to spend about £1K to fun it at a nice frame-rate... Whereas if it's coded well you should be able to run it reasonably smoothly on a P4 Northwood...
Try Greenlight, Tesco, Co-op, Elephant/Bell/Admiral, Asda, Norwich Union, Ensleigh, Churchill, Quinn etc. and see what they come up with.
If you use another vehicle make sure you "tick that box" as it knocks a fair bit off ;)
About 9pm this evening - pretty random! Just driving into town in the Disco, stopped to let someone around a parked car... Didn't even realise it was a V6 until it passed the side window!
Looked nice and shiny whoever's it was!
Yep I'm sure, it's basically how far the mounting bit (where it touches the wheel) is offset from the centre line of the wheel. Basically, the higher the number, the more it sticks in :)
So you've effectively done yourself a favour really, as the wheels will look the same as if you've put 8mm...
