Send them to koni? Depending on how old they are they might do it on warranty.
Send them to a specialist? Mark Fish revalves konis all the time, so would be best bet. Think JMS service them, and i'd be suprised if ktec don't know anyone who they use, or maybe do themselves.
If AST...
depends if they have damaged the fog plate thingy (black bit). You might need a new one. Woudn't bother putting the acoustic valve back. Makes no difference what so ever imo.
Sorry mate, but that is a little confusing really (Presume you are from somewhere in the Europe). Are you trying to say you're down on power in all gears? Car could be in "LIMP" mode, so yes it could be an ECU issue.
I know what you mean. Problem is if you're off cam with the clio whereas the mini has the turbo to compensate. Saying that I've heard they do have a little bit of turbo lag. At 30mph in 2nd gear though you should have enough kick to keep up with most to be honest. If you were in 3rd it would...
I know 0-60 means nothing, but on paper they are pretty much equal. Who ever was driving the clio in your "experience" must have either had a sh1t start, or doesn't know how to get the power down properly ;). Especially as it was modded too.lol
Which S was it the super charged or the turbo? The newer one has a slightly better chassis. I know what you mean though. HATE the accelerator in the mini
Yeah that would work better to be honest. I went for the cheap option a while ago with the chain option, but I regret it. If I was servicing more than 2-3 time a year (two cars) then i'd buy a better one. No point really, it does work, just a bit fiddly
