just because a garge is reputable doesnt mean they know how to time up a clio properly, alot of reputable garages mess up timings on clios

i think you need to get it on clip to narrow it down more, could be either the cat collasping or a fault lamba

its either a lamba sensor or faulty cat.

theres should be a bottle in the bay that you fill up, but i dont know where it is as its been ages since i last looke at a clio 178/182 bay. it should tell you in a manual which is the power steering bottle, then get your self some power steering fluid to top it up.

have you checked you power steering fluid? sounds like it may be low
