the map sensor cable tie doesnt work, as most of them have had the flatspot come back, it was just the initial ecu relearning that solved the flatspot, once learned it comes back
no one has ever mapped out the flaspot from what ive read, normally come back after a few days, but not as bad. mine was runniing a rs tuning remap done by tdf, came back after a few hundred miles

you can £50 a piece atleast for the throttle bodies dependent if they work, try fitting them to the your car to see if they work, there the same as the clio 197 throttle body, and the 197.net lot buy them to get them ported.
