IIRC the fornt doors are larger on the 3 door models than the 5 door

If you are bothered about weight dump the spare. A wheel alone wont make your car raise that much, i stipped EVERYTHING put of teh back of mine, carpet, all trim seats etc, and its about 12mm or so higher up now

I woudl just wire it straight in to the battery, its going to be on all the time then, and fit a nice inline switch, alot easier too, just switch the live feed from the battery
