oil level was topped up approx 100 miles ago. But ill check it again when i go out later.

The petrol light had been on for approx 10/20 miles. Thing is after I put petrol in it seemed to stop doing it but then at the end of last night it did it again.

Its an active sub, the amps built into the box and yes theres room for air flow. What would you recommend as a good earthing point in / around the boot area? Cheers

Earths fine. Drilled a hole in the boot and used a self taping screw. its just grounded to the chassis

yes it is an active enclosure. New problem - Just done a 3 hour journey... towards the end i noticed the sub is not always working! every 4/5 minutes it will appear to turn off randomly halfway through a track then come back after 30seconds or so. What could this be down to? I doubt there is...

Wiring was fine. Turns out it was the fuse on the sub! One new fuse later its happily blasting away! Cheers for the help

Just installed a sub bought from a member on here but it doesnt seem to be working, ie.. not powering on. Feeling gutted atm spent 3 hours making sure all the wiring looked nice and tidy then to find it doesnt work! Used an ampmeter to check that the sub is recieving power... and it is but its...

What would you recommend? for a 300rms 1000w active sub. Dont want anything overkill, but dont want anything rubbish either (must be cheap as poss tho!)
