You say about upgrading the alterantor, how would you do this, and where would you buy one from? Also running a second battery, how woudl you hook it up so it charges when the car is running?

I used zinc plated stuff, alot cheaper and easier to get hold of, and does the same thing. Look out for B.Z.P. on the packets Bright Zinc Plated.

Well touch the stuff leaking out, if its oil coloured, ie dark/black and slippery then its oil. Had the same prob not too long ago, the monkeys that serviced my car didnt replace the drian washer - whihc is a hollow ring that gets flattened when you do the drain plug up, so mine was leaking...

When the ripped it out did the damage any if the cables behind the hu, cus knowing them they prolly just pulled real had untill soemthing gave way

Ok, loomed up wiht the cables will be a wiring plug wiht two wires going to it, these are the two wires you need to connect up to a rev counter, this is if you dont have a rev counter. These cables are behind the instrument panel, youll need to remove it to get at them. remove the dash top...

its the coolant, you will need to look in your manual to see the right ratio of anti freeze to water. but... NEVER take the top off when the engine is warm/hot, as its under pressure. Also dont let the anti freeze thouch the paintwork or your skin as its corrosive
