You can actually cut out most of the fighting by getting in a car and running the bad guys over. Repeatedly.

Depends. Not all the time. I've always found Shopto to be pretty good with early deliveries.

The guys that have played it have said it's definitely an improvement which you need to play to see properly. There's loads of demo feeds and videos from shows on the net now out of interest. It does look good.
