Mine's well run-in. It will never feel quite as quick as a 1*2, they weigh a lot and do not make 197bhp, 190max if you're very, very lucky. Glad you're enjoying it.
2 options, 1st is picking up some 172 headlights with the projectors.

They always clean them, even when asked not too. I know it's a trek for you, but Renault Worcester are fantastic to deal with, even the service dept. I think Sutton park are also meant to be decent.
You won't need a new airbag unit, so that should save a fair bit. I'd post in here http://www.cliosport.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?143-Wests-Renault and see how much they can do a new wheel for. Is it renault Uk, or the dealer you've been speaking to?
It doesn't have the correct beam pattern. Unless they were designed as hid reflectors (in which case thy wouldn't of had halogens fitted) it's impossible.
Covered earlier fella. Reflectors can work with hids, if specifically designed for that purpose. Projectors work in a completely different way, and will control the beam to the same degree regardless of the intensity of bulb.
I think with things like the evo they are dealer fit, so don't...
Just to clarify, I'm not just quoting wiki or making things up. I've had to study lighting and lamps for my profession, and understand more than most the effect glare has on drivers, in particular those over the age of 40. They are flat out dangerous, just because you don't see it doesn't make...
You can not have a HID bulb that works with a halogen reflector setup. You don't know what you're talking about. You're starting to look like a muppet kid.
It's not bloody possible! You can not have a HID bulb that will leGally/safely work with a reflector setup designed for Halogens. Stop being cheap and buy some projectors.
Re: Cant really afford coilovers atm. The ktec lowering springs a good compromise for
Yep, they are the black one's. The ride is slightly worse on the sports.
Re: Cant really afford coilovers atm. The ktec lowering springs a good compromise for
I preferred the pro's, but they make hardly any cosmetic difference.
Re: Cant really afford coilovers atm. The ktec lowering springs a good compromise for
I've had apex. They basically turn a good car into a car with useless handling and a terrible ride. Just awful.
Get the eibach's. The only choice when looking at springs.
I'm assuming the r27 is 9.5k ish? There's a few hot hatches at that price that I'd also consider.
Not a hatch, but great cars
Sounds a bit like you rushed into the 172, be a shame to repeat the same mistake.
