New Toy Content (Megane 250 pic overload)

Good as the frs is, I have no desire to own one. Was very close to ordering a 250 over a 200, good choice fella.

    RB - EK9 Night Shoot

It's not as usable though. As per, you either love vtec, or bemoan the lack of low down torque.

    RB - EK9 Night Shoot

Oft. Agreed though! All hot hatches generally have w**k driving positions.

    williams or ph1?

Lots of grip, but incredibly tail happy. But it's controllable and smooth. Once used to it, no other modern fwd car will give you the same feeling.

    williams or ph1?

Seats are very, very comfortable. The wheel looks shite, but it's a good size! Nothing for me matches the LOOS in the 306!

    williams or ph1?

Have you considered a 306gti? Plenty about, epic to drive.

    The 200

No f**king way lol. The only suspension change I'd consider would be kw v3's, the cup setup isn't for me.

    Sir_Dave's Trophy. 1 x Miley Shed.

Re: Trophy #433 197 wheel would be decent. No smaller, but higher quality and dished so it's closer iirc. Get to keep your airbag and cruise buttons etc.

    williams or ph1?

No doubt the Williams is probably the better drivers car. But it is an older car, so interior etc feels like a different era. Both could potentially be a money pit, but I always feel safer with the newer option in that respect. Of all the 1*2's I owned, the ph1 was my favourite all things...

Great plate, only think that doesn't work (imo) is the white on the tyres. Otherwise stunning.

    The 200

As an all round car, it's a better car than the mk2's. But as a hothatch, it's not. The Trophy is more fun, and more feelsome. In years to come when people sit around making top3 lists, the Trophy will be there. None of the mk3's will (so far).

    The 200

Secured a cup rack (uber cheap) so will have the quicker steering soon. Still averaging 33-34mpg, that's calculated from fuel usage. The trip computer only says 28mpg, very strange!

    bhp from a 197

Best advice is to not bother. Not cheap to get any genuine power from them, certainly not enough for it to be a noticeable improvement. Buy a turbo if that's your game, Renault na engines are not great in that respect.

    EVO's Clio 200 RR Results

Slightly shorter gearing, and a bit more power/torque I'm guessing.
