ive had a quiet word with the Big Man. Hes sending a technical angel down to make sure they fix it properly. Now get back to hitting those targets ;)

also slightly o/t, but am i right in thinking the Omega pre-dates Noahs Ark? I seems like that cars been around since the dawn of time (Im not dissing it as my local cab firms Omegas are my comfort blanket after many a night out or a stressfull oversea business trip)

OK, one trick i can still do - identify a car from a bit of the interior. Example; imagine a camera is in the passenger footwell angled up toward the driving who might be talking. From what I can tell of the A- and B-pillar, plus other interior clues, I can work out the car.
God gave people...
on a scale of one to ten, how would you rate your car knowledge? i dont mean technical, i mean ability to correctly identify a car at 100 paces, knowledge of what cars are current and which arent, and what sort of spec levels they come in at. If you can tell apart every current 911 derivative...
Im very impressed with Bens technical knowledge. I havent a clue what hes talking about but he seems like a handy chap to have about when theres a fuse that needs replacing ;)

"with 4 injectors this equates to 168bhp, under a 100% loading, as most know, injectors work better when running at around 80%, which would explain why not many people have hit the magical mark of 172bhp (or 169bhp which it should be)"
explain? - if injectors work best when running at 80%, and...
so, who wants to explain to the Puppy, who, incidentally, is sobbing his little eyes out right now, why he didnt win an award, eh? eh?
well done to the winners!

will it shift flies as well? Ive notice this summer the flies are not only hug when they splat, but they must have some bionic properties as well - they will not come off.

i mentioned last week that the clio wasnt taking to kindly to the hot weather. Yesterday, i opened the bonnet to check the oil to find (and not for the first time after a hot spell) that the cap for the washer bottle had popped open (i guess it expands at extreme temps). So, if you get a mo, you...
yes it is a 2.5 V6, and yes, the performance is very similar to a 172 (the 156 has a higher top speed just and the 172 has a close 0-60 time). Not at all similar to a 205 diesel though :D

roamer, ok, i get that but...
the Shell station (which, incidentally, is vastly superior and sells the most excellent Optimax as used by Ferrari) isnt very dark at all, but the road with trees is very dark (and long), the tunnel is quite short and has a darkness level in between the superb...
what parameters do the sensors use? The local shell garage i get my Optimax from, is quite exposed, yet the lights come on. But if i drive on a road made dark from overhanging trees, the lights dont come on. Under a small tunnel by my parents the lights will come on. There doesnt seem to be a...
"Because i know as soon as i shut down this pc from work I have my friends and family to go to"
GULP! You mean...you mean...you dont think of us 24/7....during a romantic meal you dont think hmm, i wonder if any bodys replied to my post about clear indicators? You mean that when youre having a...
he tried suing Jag I believe. If I was Jaguar, I pay someone to kill him - much cheaper than a compo claim and once less stupid cnut in the gene pool.

you know, I actually feel mental pain when i talk to my dealer. The thought of talking to the bozo in reception and the bozo service manager just depresses me. Id rather live with the noise then ruin a saturday dealing with them - i dont have the emotional strenght to cope with those clowns, but...
