matt, where are u based again mate? Im around, but I stay very local, at home/work area - dont use the car that much at the weekend as I tend to cycle a lot (hence why i enjoyed this weekends drive)

so, today I had a few errands to run. Before I started, I checked the oil level, all nice and correct, then nipped down to the petrol station to check/pump the tyres (33psi f, 31psi rear - good combo) then nipped into Egham to brim with OptiMax and some petrol treatment stuff, then onwards...

add some stickers, eat 27 porkpies and that should take you up to at least 4000bhp. Unless youve bought a blue one; they need to be disguised like a big chicken in order to get a similar effect. Hope this helps - all genuine tune-up tips from an old BL manual.

so, thats what that slight clonk is when I turn right into the office car park? Thats all I hear - nothing feels wrong as such (steering feels ok, rack feels ok)...just get the clonk.

i really like the mirrors you get on mercs with the in built indicators. does any offer a nice version of these for the Clio? I know you can get a DTM style one with three cators stacked above each other (yummy) but I not keen on the DTM style when the rest of the car looks very road, not race...
