    Evening all I need to get the pads and discs changed on the rear of my 172 Cup. Is it easy enough to do? I've done them on a Focus before with no hassle. Anybody got a guide on doing it? Also, anything I need to watch out for when buying the parts? I can get some mintex pads and discs...

    Ta Edde - I didn't realise that the sump had some baffling already. As for 33mpg, I'm still getting used to driving at over 4,500 rpm wherever possible - my old engine would have detonated if I drove it like the clio! I'm sure I'll soon be down in the 20s and maybe even single figures on...
