I think by the b7 the boxes had been improved. I know I had to pay 3k for my b6 to be upgraded to the b7 clutches. It went on to do 225k miles without a problem then.
Yeah, it’s literally the 3rd car in as many weeks I’ve tried to buy where the owner has strung me along for a few days and then said they’re keeping it (not all mr2’s).
Must be the time of the year.
Id suggest the Wednesday one is better. I went to the Sunday one last week and the turn out was pretty poor (well, compared to the Wednesday one) and the weather next week is cracking the flags.
I actually really liked it.
My average mpg for the 600 ish miles I did in it was 22.
Interior is a nice place to be, nice seats but it’s a 17yr old car now so no touch screen or anything like that.
This one was on BC racing coilovers and was fully polybushed so was pretty harsh ride wise but...
It’s a diagnosed mental health issue.
I like the excitement of buying cars, the negotiation, the buying, the first drive etc but after a while that wears off. The only way to get that excitement again is to sell and then buy something else.
