Silver looks really good and fresh, miles better than black. I would have chose this over an ed30 as well. (I won't be in that position for a while haha)
These wouldn't really suitable for the rear as there's nowhere to mount the tweeter! Go on to page one and look for the bass speakers that l33th3tr33 posted!
Until you post it on a internet forum ;)

Edit: I found the link through Google instead of the forum. I can't stand the search function on the forum.
No problem, where do you live. If you're anywhere close to me I can help.
Dashboard off is a very easy job (guide in the guides section). Getting the cable to the doors is a little harder but not in possible. Mounting the tweeters is easy.
Here's mine;
Renault even give you a convenient...
You need to go from the back of the headunit > crossover, then crossover > Tweeter and crossover > door speaker
Crossover in question, you can see the outputs and inputs. I wouldn't run either the tweeters or door speakers without this.
Don't run the tweeters with out a crossover, in fact don't run the door speakers without a crossover either unless the door speaker has a crossover built in!
If your interior light works then the other fuse will be fine! Have you got a multimeter?
Just for ref the other fuse is a 20amp at the bottom of the fuse box iirc. Does lots of interior related stuff
In ref to the lights, if you're on about these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Renault-Clio-II-PH2-2001-2004-Pair-NEW-Headlamps-Headlights-Black-Surround-/271037539509?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3AClio%7CPlat_Gen%3AMK+II&hash=item3f1b18a4b5then I can recommend as I had them fitted...
