I've had a few always with the centre silencer (you can buy a centre section from them if you call up) I always found they sounded great but now I'm too old for them they sound loud and boomy!
that's the higher spec mirror (same as the RS models), that is the auto lights/wipers sensor - that plastic cover that goes over it has another bit thats missing from the bottom that the mirror mounts onto.
not that I'm aware of, imo its probably less work to stick a Mégane engine in it, which has been done. Not like the 1.6 is a hero engine thats worth the conversion. the engine and box are quite well suited imo!
generally they will start fine, but electrical gremlins happen long before it gets to the point there isn't enough juice to start the engine, worth a check
Surely if it failed to start with a tow when the "starter failed" it was never the starter?
Need more Info, when did it happen, any history to it?, has it been plugged in?
Heres what they left me with, £450 later, for anyone wanting a laugh....

They managed to extract a whopping 10lb/ft of...
Anyone will be better than Ecoboom, i mean Ecotune.

SOS in falkirk get a really good reputation around here
Grams springs, 182 cup dampers, standard top mounts, powerflex purple ARB bushes, rear top mounts and rear beam bushes.
Ive ran similar specs before but the black lower arm bushes im just not enjoying, they were a nightmare to fit, and ive just never been 100% happy with the way its driving...
Looking to replace my lower arms on the 182 van, when I built it I fitted powerflex black bushes to the arms with new lemforder ball joints but TBH im not a fan of the powerflex bushes, while it does handle well, the ride is a bit harsher than id like, I'm getting creaking from them and I'm not...
Over the years I've ran Standard springs, Eibach Prolines, Eibach sportlines and my current car runs Grams - All with 172 cup/182 cup shocks depending on the car
I found the Standard springs and eibach prolines almost identical, in fact I couldn't tell a difference - granted I didn't jump back...
Pretty much anything Renault of that era will fit without modifying. but TBH the F4R is really the only one worth going to the hassle of, more so if your in an area where buying a genuine RS isn't a viable option
Renault parts are doing a deal ATM with all genuine pads £9.99+vat, not motrio but Renault - I'm not sure if RS is excluded, it doesn't say on the leaflet but they sent in a leaflet last week to me, i got front and rears for my kangoo to keep safe
