No point whatsoever. Will make no difference at all. Nothing.
As said, the only way to make a 1.2 faster to improve handling... Better tyres, better brakes, coilovers. Win.
Dw mate, you're not getting old, I find mine annoying too and I'm 21 :) mine still has a standard cat on and it's still irritating.
I'm going to invest in a yozza myself, as soon as the wallet permits.
The 2.0 16v bits are stickers, put them on before you laquer, then laquer over the top.
The diamonds come off with the side strips, fixed on from the inside of the door iirc.
You're all insane. Cup turini's is what you want Sam. Like these ones ;)

Certainly will! They'll take a week or so I guess but the picturing whoring will begin when they arrive :)
They were £729 with rainsports fitted. A tad expensive but f**k it. Lol
Direct from Italy, but through A company called revolution.
Why Thankyou! There's other wheels that I prefer for looks alone, but I decided to stop being a tart and buy the lightest ones :)
I know this is the millionth pic request I've made but I'm going to take the plunge and pay for some new wheels on the credit card. Just because it saves the hassle of swapping / overlapping sales so that I'm not left without wheels.
So, now is the small task of deciding which ones. So, can I...
I guess that's the most sensible option.... I'm just getting frustrated because there's so many things that I want to do to get it right but I just don't have the cash.
I guess I just need to drive one I suppose.
I have spent a fair amount of money on it really, rear shocks, cam belt and aux belt, dephaser, service, Powerflex dogbone and a shortshift now. But I knew about these problems when I bought it so got a very good deal. In total, with all the above...
So something has been playing on my mind for a while.....
Should I have bought a phase 1 instead of a cup? Has anyone made this transition?
My aim for the Clio is to give it a purposeful track look and feel. Stripped, buckets, low and 15's.
I've been looking around and I could buy a...
Goodj has got it about right. That would be how I'd go about it anyway.
Definitely wouldn't go for the underseat sub.... Underpowered and overpriced. Theyre only really necessary if you're very limited for space.
Jl audio make an 8'' sub.... You could build a tiny enclosure and hide it away in the boot, under a seat etc etc. Will give you nice punchy bass / mid bass without the door rattling Chav stuff. This would be my approach anyway. And as you said, decent amped components up front.
You can fit any...
Have a look on eBay mate, thousands of different stickers on there. Looks awesome, if you're going to do stickers, you have to DO STICKERS so just whack them on.
Dash strips would look cool stickered. Tbh, you could do the centre console too.
Hmm.... To be fair, I guess it's the price you pay for lightness?? I'm assuming the ultraleg's are no better?
Do mag rims not tend to snap rather than bend?
Didn't fancy putting this in the 'new to cliosport' section? Lol.
Welcome mate. I take it you mean a 172 cup? Being as that's the only proper cup. *dons the protective helmet and jacket* ;)
Plenty of advice on here matey, certainly helped me to buy mine!
