You gotta shop around.... People seem to get inexplicably different quotes from the same company, same car, similar age etc.

Your amp should be fine with that power.... But using the wheel well for the sub enclosure is a lot more difficult than it sounds. It has to be 100% sealed (except the port if you choose to have one, this also has to be a specific size) and has to be a specific size or it will sound shite and...

They're really not that bad mate. Treat them well and they'll treat you well.

If you're thinking of running serious power, you'll need cooling for the amp if it's completely enclosed. Have you calculated the enclosure volume you need for your chosen sub and frequency?

I love my Clio.... But Given the choice, I'd have the dc5. Or maybe a dc2 and spend the $$$ I saved on a supercharger :) Just a bit more special than the Clio. Daniel.... 335d. Ticks all of those.

He meant to check for it being a write off, cat d, cat c, stolen etc etc etc I would put good money on it having an imminent failure that the guy is aware of. Wants to get shot quick instead of fixing it.

There's no doubt it can be done. But you can pick up a 2litre lump for ~ £750 and you've a lot more than 120hp then... But it will cost you more to insure a conversion than it will an actual 1*2

Getting a custom remap will always give you better results.

The 2litre drops straight in. Tuning the 1.4 will cost you more than doing the conversion, so what's the point?

My dads 54 and is buying an accord type r next month. He also loves my 172 cup!

Having said that, the rainsports that I have on the back of my cup have been brilliant so far. They're very well priced too.
