200 cup is 36kg lighter. Makes FA difference.
Just eat a smaller breakfast.
Dont know about weight saving on the 182 cup? But I'm pretty sure it's equally as pointless.
FF with cup packs wins on the 200.
I just meant in terms of value for money, buying the equivalent parts.
If you ever require someone to spit-polish the floor or wash the awning, I'll make myself available :)
Welcome :)
I see you're based in Abingdon... I was doing a motosports engineering degree at Oxford brookes.
£29,000 for the car sounds pretty good to me! I'm guessing it would cost an awful lot more to build one from parts.
I'll be coming the brands hatch and snetterton rounds so I'll hopefully...
Koni shocks seem to be your best option...
- they're adjustable which you say you like.
- they'll give you a little bit of lowering.
- they're massively better than budget coilies.
- they're better than OE dampers, but without spending silly ££££
- they require less set up and less work to get...
Has anyone spied this yet? Sorry if it's been posted already, I just saw it on autoexpress thismorning.
Opinions?
Looks too much like a 500 from
The front quarter.... Nice from the back.
People are about 50/50 on strut braces on here.... Some swear by them, others think they're pointless.....
But I can tell you from my experience, that I won't be taking mine off ever. Made a LOT of difference IMO. Whether the difference will be as noticeable with the Whiteline, I couldn't tell...
I say that.... a cup or a phase 1. But something more raw. At least you're being looked after :) lol
The 172 will be quicker, but it won't feel as quick.
It was meant to read 'gaz' and 'vmaxx'....
Gaz aren't terrible tbh.... As you say, they get good reviews on other cars. A mate of mine has Gaz gold's (these are much better than the standard Gaz but still don't get mentioned much on here) on his E30 325i track car an dthey're excellent...
