For what will be my first track car, I'm thinking of just going with standard pads and HC brembo discs to begin with.
Is it worth upgrading the fluid, or just giving it regular changes on 4.1 fluid?
I picked up a set of dynamique alloys cheap and am hoping they'll be ok for track.
I measured them across and they appear to be 7" from edge to edge, so I'm guessing they're a 6.5j?
If you get AP's I'm pretty sure the fronts have slight camber adjustment.
Is yours a sport or non-sport? If it's the latter, I'm not sure if there's camber bolts available.
8pm again dude. Yeah, give him a shout dude.
Me, nick and Chris are definitely on. Darren needs to check. If he can't we can get another player perhaps from LFG again.
Unless cookie is about?
I'll have to ask. I suspect Me and Darren will be about. Will ask Chris to see if he can get permission.
Nick (the plod) is at work.
Can you move gear between characters through the app then?
Might have to get that equipped then. Need to mess around with my characters, as I spread out the weapons but rarely use the other 2 anyway. Need to get into a routine of stashing everything in the vault and then going there first with whoever I log on with.
I got the MIDA the other week but am still yet to use it. Need to get an exotic shard or 2 from him this weekend.
Don't think we'll have enough for a raid tonight from my group.
I can't comment personally on the spring situation but if you search the projects section there's a fair few mk3's who have used 40mm lowering springs on their standard shocks.
Quite a few folks are running or have run 40mm springs on standard shocks. That's about as far as they can take.
Bilsteins are mega money for what is essentially a 1.2.
I'm running AP coilovers on my DCI but then it's used on track, running 17's and isn't slammed.
