Can't personally recommend either as I've not used them, but a quick search for RS specialists up your way turned up RS Tuning in Leeds or DDC in Doncaster. Not sure if they'll stretch to a gearbox change, as the search on here was only for servicing/ cambelts. Worth a shout though.

A quick Google shows a few latches not working because of lack of lubrication. They say take the latch off, plenty of wd-40/ grease.

Not something in the hole where the bonnet catch drops into is there Marc? Does it line up as well when it's closed?

I have a group of 4 on tonight attempting VoG. I'll be on from 7:30 onwards, and they will come on after that (probably around 8pm). It'll be a session again, so we'll still be going till around 11pm I reckon. @MarcJP @Cookie

Personally if you've only got it for a year, I wouldn't spend a penny on it. At most, colour code the side strips/ bumper strips. If you're going to head for a faster better car in 12 months time, then save it for mods on that.

Ticket arrived yesterday too. Best make sure the car gets a clean on the Friday night!
