i dont think you can fix it if the small piece of metal comes out, happened to mine

you can just change the seat runner, doesn't take long, the seat bolts to the runners which bolts to the floor, i think there's a guide somewhere

i had a noise like this and turned out to be the water pump

bought the bushes for the rear axle, had it new metal inserts made as the axle is off a later model 106 which takes a 12mm bolt and the the car takes a 10mm bolt and the housing that the bushes go in are different sizes, pics aren't the best also sprayed the engine bay today aswell

i think there's like weld nuts on the boot floor, if you lift up the boot carpet. maybe they've broke off
