genuine inner tie rods are about £40 each, but people have used others http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?675576-possible-cheaper-inner-track-rod/page3&highlight=micks+garage to get the inner tie rod off you remove the rubber boot and you ideally need a tool like this...

i used my dads dewalt 18v drill and they came up fine and im sure thats more powerful than needed
