FYI, the RS250 is similar priced, £400 odd for parts each side, Plus labour. I spent £250 on the ball joints and probably that again on labour at SWR, Much cheaper and the replacement joints are a better spec. Thats for both upper and lower btw.

I paid 35 quid on DW, Cancoat is unopened but the Prep and Wetcoat have about 85% left, Still cheap mind you. Not sure if i will bother to use Cancoat, Maybe sell it on or keep it for the summer, Wetcoat looks ideal though for what i want

Ive just bought: Gyeon Wetcoat, CanCoat and Prep Korrosol Lost interest in detailing, so wanted some products that were quick and easy to use but still had longevity and great results

Chizfab are good, Kyles Fab skills are brilliant. If i go down to cage route for the Megane it will be going up there to be done

For the Megane ones anyway, the replacement joints are the solid items from the N4 spec cars.

I've wanted it as soon as it appeared on the Megane forum, Always wanted a Meg powered Clio after seeing one at the Ring going very, very well.

Same as the RS250, Luckily you can get the ball joint on its own for £60 now ;)...

I can imagine what this is like, My Megane is running the same power/torque and thats pretty brisk so in something that weighs 200kgs or so less it must be a laugh :)

Thilo and the other guys that have the Megane's in that are very quick and have done countless laps and can constantly lap in sub 8, Thats from personal experience :wink: Standard cars will do sub 8 BTG's all day with a good knowledgeable driver, None of them are standard, All running...
