So a few bits arrived today, i ordered some heat proof wax to give the exhaust a coat and try and keep it nice and shiny.
I dont know if it will work on the link pipe, but as long as the back box stay's mint then ill be happy. (i'll also be giving the heat shields a coat)

They do a matting that you glue on, we used it on the Aston Racer car with no problems.
Think we used to buy it from Merlin Motorsport though.

That's how close it can go to the heat shield.
Mines on my PH1 so it can be seen a bit because the PH1 bumper is shorter.
Are you sure that the exhaust clamp is tight?
Yeah mess it up and theres no going back, you're trim will be scrap.
