i am most probably going to be fixing air intakes into the fog holes of my phase 1 172, like ads 172 had on his, what i want to check is if anyone knows the sizes of the caf trumpets that fit and whether they are all 1 size.

so a new idea has been set for my 172, it is going to be track prepped.
so first things first, the r19 wheels have been sold
so they will be on there way, i still have the oz f1's so the decision is
keep the oz f1's in silver
keep the oz f1's and get them refurbed in another...
think i may come along, probably won't run mine but will be coming anyways, i need to sort some wheels out before then really. thats would be spot on.
either keep the f1's and get them refurbed or sell the f1's and get some lightweight 15's
currently i have 2 sets of wheels, 1 is sold and the other can be sold to make way for some lightweight wheels.
interior would be sold and buckets purchased
the only thing that will significantly cost is the coilovers
also have money from various other bits i have sold prior to trying...
i am mate.....i get all the future mags free.

when speaking to tom today he was saying about the ibiza cupra but the thing is for a good one of those...ie low miles etc etc it is more than i can do £££ wise. i liked the feeling of the glanza, just the interior.....and i was going to stirp half of that

as for stripped, depends what you toleration is like, and suspension i spose. i loved my valver when it was stripped, just add's to the whole experience, i can put up with it but could understand why some couldn't. but i am going that way again
