Try some of this from carwashnwax , not loads n loads of suds but as Rich says it doesn't need to be as long as it is slick and this stuff is very slick , leaves the car looking great .
Discount for CS members if you e mail David Graham .
Plus lots of other good products that he sells so...
There's a Haynes manual for the clio 2001 - 2004 but not for the sport model , it covers pretty much everything except the engine , it wouldn't be worth their while printing one as the sports models were only sold in small quantities compared to the standard range...
13.8bhp i think they've got the decimal point in the wrong place , lol , more like 1.38bhp ;)
They're not exactly going to say that you gain little or no power or they wouldn't sell it . I phoned k+n the other week about a problem i had after fitting the apollo and spoke to the guy on research...
How come you had the leads and plugs changed on the 182 ? I know the plugs are suppose to last 72k which is very optimistic imo as i had to change mine at 30k on my old 172 .
What leads and plugs have you got on now , seems like your problem lies with either or both as you say the problems...
So whats the difference in leaving the second lambda sensor off ( in a tube ) a 182 and a 1.416v ?How come the 1.4 will run like a bag o' shite when the 182 is supposed to be ok with the exception that it might cause the toxic emissions light to come on ?
Anybody know whats the difference ??
I agree with Alan xxx hardcore wax on my arctic blue looks good from carwashnwax. Also liquid souveran from www.motorgeek.co.uk
http://www.motorgeek.co.uk/pinnacle-liquid-souveran-p-77.html
Also the the extreme body wash shampoo is excellent ...
I'm probably wrong , somebody correct me if i am . I had a similar problem a while ago , a series of beeps a few seconds apart . It could either be your memory fcuked up , or could be your memory not seated right .If yu've got more than 1 stick of memory you could try leaving one in and...
Comparing it to my gps , the speedo ( needle ) reads over by a few mph . If i set the cc to 80 the gps reads about 79 on the flat bearing in mind if your going up a hill or down a hill the Renault manual does state that it is unable to maintain the set speed .
If they don't tell you that its going to cost you anything then i'd let them go ahead and do it . Thats what Kitchens did at Burnley with me, when i went to pick the car up the guy on the desk said that'll be £360 . I told em the other guy who was on his day off said it would be ok and never...
Like ya say . They are not the cheapest but you have to weigh up the pros and cons . I'd rather pay £20 - £30 more for a tyre that i'm happy with and know is a good performer than save a few quid and not be happy with the handling .
£78.40 delivered from mytyres ...
I'm impressed with the Michelins on my 182 so i'll be sticking with them when i need to replace them . If your happy with em stick with em otherwise if your try a different tyre and your not happy with it then your stuck with em for the next ??000 miles .
The contis that came as standard on...
Agree with wrx 172 . I can't believe it never need to be cleaned , a filters a filter i.e. removing dirt , dust etc so there has to come a time when the filter becomes so dirty that it will not allow the same amount of air through as when it was new .
I just use packetnews for the irc, especially for the latest music. Soulseeks just a peer 2 peer file sharing program for music , give it a try , its good for some of the more obscure and older songs as well . I personally don't touch limewire , bearshare and all that other crap , i used to use...
Sounds like a seized caliper to me . One is braking harder than the other causing it to pull to one side . Get it on a flat car park with no camber and brake hard a few times with your hands off the steering wheel , if its seized it'll wobble the steering wheel .
Not that hard of a problem to...
If its loud now it'll probably get slightly louder after its been on a while . All aftermarket exhausts are louder than the standard exhaust in varying degrees , even those that claim to be the same as standard from what i've read on here do seem to have a slight increase in noise .
You might...
Sounds ok to me . How much exactly is he asking for it and how much do you have to spend ? Theres lots of 172's for sale out there so its a buyers market , loads knocking about for around the £6k mark , check out the autotrader website .If you have any doubts walk away . I'd do an hpi check on ...
Nice result Debz . I like how he chaged his tune as soon as you mentioned the office of fair trading , lol .
Like Kiza says , seems a bit weird why the 14" wheels woudn't fit , but i guess thats not point as you wanted 13" wheels in the first place .
Well done :)
Crikey . I would :) Its not as aggresive as Wonder wheels mate .Don't knock it 'til ya try it !
I saw somebody on detailingworld mention they have used it and it was fine so if its good enough for them its good enough for me :rasp:
I saw a cup about a week or so ago at the traffic lights at the bottom of Bolton rd going towards Blackburn . The guy had black hair and a shortish beard / few days growth with a baseball cap on early to mid 30's ;) , think they had a bird in the front seat . Is that you ??
Its definitely not a feature that you will use alot tbh .So i wouldn't bother mate , too much hassle i'd say .I never use the speed limiter , why would ya , lol .I use the cruise control on the odd occasions , never had it in my 172 and wouldn't miss it if i didn't have it.
