I would swap also if I was you, your car is very tidy, but I hate the look of the wheels you have on it now, they stick out far to much which to me is a horrible look, I just can't see why people think it looks cool, do you run spacers?

Good luck with the mapping if it fails again them fit a Megane engine and box, why do these turbo conversions make poor torque in relation to bhp?

If your worried about things going wrong and money, then I'd say either low boost or don't bother at all imo

I've looked into it and fitting a 225 engine/box is not a lot of work tbh, but the problem I have is trying to find one, ideally a whole car but there still a bit pricey and if they are cheap they have a million miles on them, unless anyone knows best place to look?

if i run the 172 engine then im only looking to go with the low boost set up, as medium boost seems to be unreliable, but im also thinking low boost will not be enough, so also looking into the 225 route, then it would only need a map to take it to 260 or so and should be a lot more reliable...

it is a lot of work to be done, but then as has already been said why say a time frame if your going to be nowhere near it, and if things do go wrong as im sure they do, then you need to let people know about it sooner rather than later, but on the other hand where else is there to go for a...
