Jordi here's a fact for you, your Dad should have pulled out. Yes, it was slush. The car is fine but engine isn't sufficient for 1200kg car. From a Fiesta ST yes ;) If I was 17 again I'd much prefer my old 1.1l 205, it was s**t inside in comparison but much more fun to drive...

Depends what they've actually done but you won't find that out until you've spoken to them. What's the £192 for? If they said they'd diagnose the problem for £50 and they haven't then I don't see why you should have to pay.
