engine, gearbox, ECU, all wiring, UCH, dials and ideally to make the job a bit easier the subframe, bottom arms, steering rack, hubs, suspension etc etc.
which is why it makes a bit more sence to buy a car and swap it all over, just drop the subframe, engine, gearbox, suspension etc all as one...
no reason why it couldnt, only issues i can see you facing is finding out the limits of the standard internals due to the fact no one will really have done it before so no knowledge to go by and having to go standalone management
of course the sensible option is a 1.8 or 2.0 16v lump but...
the conversion from 1.2 16v to 1.6 16v and 1.2 16v to 2.0 16v need the exact same parts all changed over so its no more work to go for a 2.0 than a 1.6 as i looked into it all years ago. if you fancy doing something different however i would atleast look at a 133hp twingo RS 1.6 16v engine or a...
lets keep in mind though that the ph1s did use a similar airbox and it was changed for the ph2, however the ph2 box is a little quieter making the engine a bit more efficient (apparently!!) so although the espace airbox is better for maximum power the ph2 box is a good compromise for...
on the plus side mk3 DCi's drive so much better especially 106's vs 100's but the fact it uses a different shell means rear arches would be a nightmare
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news - NEW DETAILS #1779
i wasnt a fan of the non rs then saw one in the flesh and it looks brilliant, i hope the RS is the same as in the pics im not keen on it at all.
not that id buy one as the dealers are all c***s
i went from the top end of 4th and caught 3rd instead of 5th in my ph1 172, the box was brilliant in that car and it slid in no problem lol wasnt until i lifted the clutch i realised, i managed to dip the clutch in time before it shot a rod, still reved round to about 8000rpm lol!
my 200 never one went above 24mpg but it was just a tool for going flat out everywhere it usually sat about the 21mpg mark and when out a blast was around 12mpg.
i tried not to pay too much attention to it, couldnt really tell you what i ever got out my 172's as i didnt bother but i was just...
ive never been one to really bother about fuel consumption but my 200 used to get to me!! although id still have it if it wasnt for the issues i had with geometry!!!!
my 200's 2nd engine used to sit for 10 minutes+ @ 150mph/7000rpm with no issues at all, infact it done it at least weekly lol
the first engine went bang the first time i tried it!
i had a blast with my mate in his 133 the other night and it was reeling him in on the straights.
down a backroad where your using the punch to pull out of bends it stays with my mates 182 without too much trouble at lower speeds. 970kg & 145lbft @ 2500-4500rpm!
