Rs tuner, changing maps

Just a quick question really, I want to remap my car again but I don't have the original laptop I did it with, will this cause me problems?

no its the rs tuner thats locked to the car not the laptop so you will be fine

Comes up with a different serial, requiring a different unlock code, no workie so original laptop needed!

no definately not as ive mapped mine on 3 or 4 different laptops.

Any ideas on why mines coming up different, I've remapped it before with no problems

has the RSTuner module been used on another car in-between?

I've used it for diagnostics on my mothers 182 but that's it, do I have to reset it or something?

not if you haven't unlocked it on another car (I don't think).

Nope should be locked to my car but it's saying its not, contacted henk waiting for a reply

Problem solved,

Remapped my car back to standard, which unlocked the VCI enabling me to add the new map
