Yeah mine does, for some reason when the aircon is on mine sounds awesome on a downchange with a bit of heel & toe.

Possible CV joint/Drive shaft issue I would say....

I used to run a body shop a while back, we used Du Pont & Sikkens paints supplied via The Morelli's Group. My sisters other half sprays crash helmets for a living & uses a company called "Kent Paints".

I always run mine for atleast a minute or two until I venture out in it. To be honest echoing everyone elses points, mine is also sh1te on morning start up & sometimes kargaroo's as well although this is not as bad when I've let the engine run until the revs drop on first start up.

I would say that'll probably be a new quarter panel in my oppinion. Swage line has been done as well as the door jam & do you really want a whole quarter full of pug? doubt it.
