i think you done the correct thing, you arn't out of pocket, guy doesnt want to knife you for reporting him to trading standards,
if someone is that interested they will HPI it and wont buy it, if they arn't they wont, will buy it and probably have many happy miles motoring oblivious to the...
i got a 32" led in the back of my old dears twingo, seats slid forward as they dont fold down.

you can add servicing packages and other extras. just remember mate its a tough market out there, the balls in your court, i was in the dealership for 2 and a half hours fighting for the deal on my 200, i just threttned to walk away twice by just simply getting the salesman excited then saying...

as above, injectors are your first bottleneck, not sure if their is a common swap for them for something else? after you have sorted the breathing mods id imagine the turbo will be your next limit, they are tiny!
stock car with a remap though should be pushing 125-130bhp however as edde says...
what sort of millage on it, sounds like the turbo oil seals have gone.
pop the EGR valve off it and that should give you a good indication if they have or not as it will be covered in oil, another check is also to pop a boost pipe off, they should have some oil in it, just a light light coating...
No it doesnt, ive done it with my last 2 cars. The traded in car is being bought by the dealer not returned to the finance company, dealer settles the outstanding finance on your behalf and any extra is yours towards your deposit or any short fall is added onto your new agreement.
