Gonan order a pair of these. Living out in the country it gets a bit dark round here, especially with the lack of street lighting.
If you could see my drive too, in the dark, you'd understand why these would help.
Yeah I know dude. It's not that though.
Something in the lid itself is causing it. if i strip the boot lid bare, it doesn't do it.
On the Mk3, there's a bit of plastic each side, which go up each side of the windscreen (inside). These seem to have a bit of movement and I'm thinking it's...
I spotted the other day down at the garage, that my front driver's side shock has no cup to hole the top of the spring in place.
Should this have come from the factory, as seemingly the other side did!
A company called Ultra Racing do various strengthening bars for the Mk3 Clio: http://www.ultraracing.my/
They also sell direct on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170756329891?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
As above. If you trade in as it is, it'll be seriously reduced in value, even with all the bits on it. If you have an emotional attachment to the car, then repair it.
£1800 is bloody expensive IMO for the aforementioned job.
Try giving Adam at Renault a call (Details here: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?691616-Adam-Renault-Excellent-Service-Excellent-Prices )
You're probably best scouring eBay though and either here or clio197.net for 2nd hand lights coming up for sale.
