MK3 Coilovers Help!

Hi,

I have an MK3 extreme 1.2 which is riding on FK lowering springs at the moment. I want to get coilovers however i'm unsure of which ones to get. Would MK2 coilovers work for this application is that just outrageous. Also, I dont want to spend an arm and a leg for this, so relatively cheap or used options still retaining quality would be satisifactory.

AP coilovers are your best bet, and they have to be MK3 ones.

​They're around the £500 mark for a set.

I'm not sure the fitment is correct, but the weight is totally different for a start.

Bolt spacing will be totally different as well i imagine. As above you can get AP, FK, Weitec, KW's so there is a fair amount of choice but the AP's are the cheapest of them. You can pick them up for £469 (well thats how much i paid). There is also a lad selling some on the renault uk facebook page for 300 atm
