Never. The majority of my driving is commuting to work so either cruising along or coasting to a stop at traffic lights. I like driving but don't usually drive for sake of it so don't really have opportunity to practise.

Have you tried replacing the crank sensor loom? My 172 would crank and not fire but a modified loom and sensor from Renault fixed it.

I'm probably going to use Paintgard in Horndean to wrap my R26's bumper and bonnet. I've got a quote of £299 for it to be covered in 3M Ventureshield which has a lifetime warranty.
