Top speed run in the rain on the M6 cleaned mine. 23000 miles in 10 months and it's been washed 3 times and two of those were Audi....

@Sir_Dave Work have changed their car policy to allow 2 door hatch backs... So I've spec'd up a JCW in my full work spec, eg all toys. Comes out at £421 a month. If I swapped the RS3 for it, I'd save £520 a month in payments and fuel. Thats ALOT.

488 GTB Passed me like I was standing still in the RS3 and it was damp as hell. Impressive.

Yeah, they are a million miles better than the OEM JCW wheels. That doesn't mean they are good, they are just better than a bad thing.

Build will commence on the 14th of Nov, so early December. I've requested we pick it up in Jan though as we'll be moving house in early December.

Yeah in BMW's the same unit is 260bhp. So a 275bhp map is quite safe. A bigger intercooler and slightly larger turbo will get you nearly 375bhp!

Passed 20k miles now in 9 months. Still going strong after its first service and all new dampers. Its not giving over 40mpg too, which probably means its broken. Its the quickest its ever been too. Still have 4mm on the rear tyres after 20k too!

Sadly not, but mainly as the Mrs didn't want to pay much. (She went in there wanting a Cooper D lol). TBH the discount we got considering we didn't put many options on was great. Although I'll be buying it some wheels off the new £32k Challenge car as I don't like the standard options!
